We have a dedicated immigration team working on individual and business immigration matters covering a wide range of matters from citizenship to employment permits and EU Treaty Rights.

Sarah Henry, Director of Immigration Services. Sarah is from Newry and has worked in the areas of immigration, public interest law and human rights for over ten years working with the Irish Refugee Council, the National Women’s Council and human rights practices in Dublin and Belfast.
She provides equality and diversity training for businesses and is an active board member of Women’s Aid Armagh Down. Together with a team based in the Granite Exchange Newry she has helped start a new project called Activist Lawyer.
Jack McClelland joined Granite Immigration Law in 2019 as a Paralegal. Jack has a qualification in Social Policy with Criminology from The University Of Ulster Jordanstown and is currently studying a Masters in Law at Queen’s University Belfast.
Jack is from Newry and is interested in rights-based law including human rights and equality within society.
